Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to executives and senior management. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior management and executives
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Assist with customer service inquiries and support as needed
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Conduct research and compile data for projects and reports
- Organize and coordinate company events or meetings
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
Ideal Candidate
Undergraduate degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field
2-6 years of experience providing administrative support to senior management, executives, or boards
Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not required
Knowledge of fund development practices and systems is an asset
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor messages to appropriate stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain positive, professional relationships with all stakeholders
Strong ability to operate independently or as part of a team

Pay: $30,836.98 - $52,558.08 per year
