Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose and repair vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles, including engine, transmission, and suspension systems
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle conditions and recommended repairs

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 1 years’ experience as an automotive technician
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for repairs and maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Intermediate English proficiency required

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE Certification (Red Seal/Journeyman) preferred
• SGI Certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time Permanent
Pay: $24.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Automotive Technician: 2+ years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Journeyman/Red Seal (preferred)

Work Location: In-person

Expected Start Date: Immediate
